FedEx Ground: Free on orders over $75

Please allow 1-3 days to ship your order.
Once your order has shipped, FedEx Ground shipments will be received in approximately 3-5 business days, Monday – Friday.
For orders under $75, shipping cost will vary depending on shipment destination.
Free Ground shipping does not apply to orders shipped outside the contiguous states.

FedEx 2-day Shipping: $15

Orders placed before 1:00pm PST will be sent out the same business day and received within two business days, Monday – Friday.
*FedEx does not deliver weekends or holidays (i.e.: 2-day shipments sent out on a Friday would arrive the following Tuesday)
*FedEx may not offer expedited shipping to some rural locations. 

FedEx Overnight Shipping: $25

Orders placed before 1:00pm PST will be sent out the same business day and received within one business day, Monday – Friday.
*FedEx does not deliver weekends or holidays (i.e.: Overnight shipments sent out on a Friday would arrive the following Monday)

HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER WAS SHIPPED?

Once your order is processed for shipping, you will receive an email with your shipping confirmation details.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES?

For security reasons, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If you think your order has been lost or stolen, please contact our Customer Care Team at customercare@trinaturk.com or 1.888.444.7748 and we can assist you in filing a claim. Our customer service hours are Monday to Friday from 9AM to 5PM PST/PDT.

Due to our partnership with FedEx, you have a 10-day* window from your delivery date to file a claim with FedEx. Unfortunately, any claims submitted past that 10-day window are unable to be processed and will result in a loss.

FEDEX SIGNATURE INFORMATION

FedEx obtains a signature from someone at the delivery address who is at least the age of majority (no longer a minor) in the destination country. Government-issued photo identification or other identification customarily accepted by local authorities is required. If there is no eligible recipient at the address, FedEx may reattempt the delivery. For U.S. deliveries, the recipient must be 21 years of age and present government-issued photo identification.
